Her extensive career spans multiple fast-paced industries, including IT, BPO, and banking, where she has successfully managed everything from end-to-end L&D functions to large-scale, multi-location corporate projects.
Ms. Sharma is highly credentialed in her field, holding distinctions as an ICF Certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner, and a Certified Mentor Coach (MCCP).
